    Once you got past the pot smoke in the parking lot and up to your room there was a sticky door to close. Astop in the bathroom reveals cracked tiles and poorly caulked and wobbly toilet and pubic hair. The door to the bathroom was so out of plymb it scraped the tile floor and was difficult to close with one hand (bear in mind this is a disability accessible room we were in). The refrigerator was both dusty and dirty. The dining table wobbly and unsteady. There was no hot water in the dinette and plumbing was exposed. Based on cleanliness and state of disrepair we opted out of the free breakfast. So many great choices in the area, you can skip this one.

    I was judge for smelling like smoke, was lied on saying I pulled a no-show, now they won’t give me my money back this is not a good hotel, AGM giving me the run around I got picture below to prove it to.

    Avoid this run down place at all costs ! I should have listened to reviews first On road travel I called ahead as I was concerned of poor quality rooms I ask for a clean fresh room and I got the total opposite ! Arriving 11 on no extra pillows, running around late at night trying to get them no soaps in bathroom , dripping to my wash teeth cracks in walls and a dinghy Room , awful ran out of there at 6 am , there are so many great hotels I’ve used in McDonough . avoid this place staff and manager have no interest

    The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the young lady at the front desk, Kenya. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately, our overall experience was less than satisfactory.The hotel itself is in poor condition, with dinged-up and dirty walls. This lack of cleanliness extended to our room, where the floors, walls, and shower were not clean. Upon entering, we found the floor sticky. The kitchenette lacked dish soap, the shower gel was empty, and there was only one washcloth provided. Additionally, there was no bedding for the pull-out bed, so we had to go downstairs to get it. Thankfully, Kenya was able to find some in the laundry room and also provided us with extra towels and washcloths.We left early at around 6:15 am, and when I went to prepare coffee in the lobby, I found there were no cups, and the coffee was room temperature, indicating it had been sitting there for hours. Fresh coffee should be available after 6 am. The ice maker on the third floor was also broken.As we were leaving, we noticed the swimming pool's condition, which was disgusting. While I understand that oils can form on the surface after several people use the pool, it was still repulsive. Maintenance and housekeeping need to improve their efforts to maintain the hotel.On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and provided the rest we needed during our long road trip. The area around the hotel was nice, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options.
