    This has to be one of (if not the) best Home2 Suites I have ever stayed at!! The front desk is top notch, management, even the boys in the maintenance department will do whatever needs done no matter what time of day!     I had the most memorable and enjoyable stay at the Home2 Suites Lithia Springs, my family really had a blast with the free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free parking plus the location.     Great hotel within close proximity of Six Flags & Atlanta!

    I had a very pleasant experience with staying at this Home2 Suites as this was a birthday trip with two days planned for Six Flags, which is less than 10 minutes from this hotel! I checked in on the Hilton Honors app the night before stating that I would be arriving by 4PM, and when I arrived around 1:30PM the room was already ready! All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating throughout our 4-night stay. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which I found to be pretty good for your average hotel breakfast, this helped me and my travel party with leaving to start our day. I found that the room was very spacious and with three of us travelling we we're all able to sleep in our own bed as the room offered a sleeper sofa. We had one minor inconvenience with the curtain rod breaking that separates the room, but I let the Front Desk know about the issue and that I would be gone for the day and once I returned, it was fixed! I would definitely recommend this hotel for people that are traveling to the Atlanta area and do not want to stay right in Downtown.     We were visiting family nearby and stayed 7 nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It was October but still in the 80’s. We used the refrigerator and the coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby is much better than the pod coffee in the room. The fitness center was clean and machines were working well. They had small bottles of water and hand towels out the first day we went, but the water was gone after that. The washer and dryer are also in the fitness center and worked well. Bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. The market in the lobby has a good variety of snacks, drinks and essentials like pain relievers, laundry detergent and even dog treats.There is a sign in the room that states housekeeping comes every other day. We weren’t sure which day that starts on because we arrived on a Wednesday and did not have housekeeping until Saturday. Even then, the coffee was not replenished. Housekeeping did not come again. I did reach out through chat in the app on Monday night but did not receive a response. I reached out again on Tuesday and did receive a response. The person who responded said that housekeeping didn’t come because we had the do not disturb sign on our door. I understand that, but we removed the sign while housekeeping was still on our floor and had not made it to our room yet. They did say we could request a time for housekeeping to come, but we were checking out the next day so it was not necessary and we had already found housekeeping and asked for new towels. If you’re like us and like to keep the sign on the door until you’re ready for the day, make sure you request a time for housekeeping to come.     They submitted fraudulent charges to my account! Beware!

    This hotel was nice. But the staff are huge liars. I got accused of not leaving room at checkout. One of housekeepers smoke in my after I left. Then I get a charge for smoking. That’s fraudulent. Do not stay at this hotel. I’m a diamond Hilton member and this has never happened. This hotel should be ashamed!
