    Ice Cold

    rating04 Aug 2025

We arrived late and found out we had an issue with the reservation. It was on me and not the hotel. But still, the lady at the front desk went way out of her way to make it great. Without saying the resolution, they fixed it better than I could have asked.Once I got to the room, I found the room to be well stocked and very spacious. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels because I like it ice cold in the room but can never find a room that will get cold enough. This hotel did, and I didn't need to use my fan. I slept really well because it was cold, the room got really dark, and I didn't really hear any noise outside of the room.I saw that the hotel was pet friendly as I saw a couple of small furry friends. But if I didn't personally see them, I would not have known they allowed pets (it was that clean).

Stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. Close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet room on 4th floor away from the elevators. Usual hotel breakfast. 24hr coffee in lobby as well as keurig in room. Free parking. Good tv channels. Recommended.

Unmatched Comfort & World-Class Service: My Stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Georgia

    rating19 Dec 2024

This past long weekend was my first time in Georgia, and I’m so glad I chose to stay at Home2Suites by Hilton! From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I’ve stayed at places where I’ve paid five times as much, and yet this experience was unmatched.I had the pleasure of meeting Rhonda, Greta, and April at the front desk—they were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond with world-class service. Every question I had was answered, and they made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. I also met Erika and some of the behind-the-scenes staff, who were equally dedicated and helpful. Our room, a studio (Room 304), was packed with great amenities. We had a full microwave, a half-sized fridge with an ice tray, a full dishwasher, garbage disposal, deep sink, dishes, cups, coffee maker, and a toaster. You can even request a cooktop—a rare find at any price point. The room was spotless, spacious, and everything worked beautifully. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower and room itself were spacious enough for my 6’7” frame—an unexpected but much-appreciated bonus! The rates were so reasonable we almost extended our stay! The amenities here are top-notch. Not only is it pet-friendly (with reasonable fees), but you also get a daily hot breakfast, free parking, free WiFi (with an option for a faster paid version), an indoor heated pool that’s open from 7 am to 10 pm daily, fitness center, business center, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and grill area. They even offer EV charging stations! Thoughtful touches like deep sinks in the rooms and umbrellas by the front door for rainy days really set this place apart. Ice machines are conveniently located on every floor. It’s also ideally located near historic Roswell, the Chattahoochee River, North Point Mall, Top Golf, and Main Event. Alpharetta is just 10 minutes away, and Atlanta is only 25 minutes south.A few things to note:• Breakfast runs daily from 6 am - 10 am and offers variety each morning.• Hilton Gold members receive a complimentary bottle of water and snack.I’ve already recommended this location to two people who will be visiting soon, and I know I’ll be back if I’m ever in Georgia again. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Roswell area. Thank you, Home2Suites, for making this trip memorable!

    Poor Staff

    rating28 Aug 2024

✅ Facility. good condition.✅ Indoor pool.✅12 p.m. checkout✅ Breakfast until 10a.m. although I always miss it.✅ Great service from the girl who only works on Saturdays.Unfortunately, it has been in my experience that when I present my concerns to the staff, nothing is done unless you call Hilton.I was placed in a room with a strong odor that wouldn't go away. Had to purchase candles. There was food on the floor. Crawling bugs and annoying gnants. Countertops displayed debris and hair. Walls showed smudges of whatever the previous guests did. I went to the front desk, showed Patel (who had just checked me into that room) the video and asked to be switched. He said there were no more rooms available. I leave out arrive back around 6p.m. I phone the front desk, the lady with the blue hair cut answers, I ask to be switched and she tells me that they didn't have any other rooms at the moment. Later that night, 12AM. I called Hilton. Now Nate is on shift. Hilton calls and speaks to Nate. Nate phones my room and now they miraculously have a room available for me to switch. Nate tells me that the general manager will be in tomorrow and I can speak with him. It's the next day, I am checking out and I planned to check into another room. As I walked to the front I see and hear the lady from Baltimore say "there she go", "here she go right here" from the back glass window.I had never seen or spoken to Michael, the GM. This was our first time meeting. Micheal walks out, I greet him and I begin showing and telling him about my stay. As I speak, I quickly see that he's already reached a negative preconceived notion about me. He says to me, "you're having all these issues and you want to stay here"? I told him that's highly unprofessional to say to me, "you're complaining so don't stay here" the first response should be an apology. I asked him to be clear with what he wanted to say instead of being indirect. Finally he says, you should leave and we'll refund you for the night. I say ok.I should not be retaliated against because I decide to not accept poor service. I am paying my hard earned money. I will make sure that I stay in a room in which I am comfortable. When something isn't right with your stay it isn't a complaint it's a serious matter. I shouldn't receive attitude from staff who are being paid to assist guests with these matters.

Stayed with points , easy check in experience. They had water and snacks for us. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The only negative I would say is we heard road noise most of the night with people racing engines at the intersection nearby. Other than that, no negative comments.
