    I truly enjoyed my stay. The front desk was so NICE. The room was clean and had a very homey feel. And the breakfast was free and was soo good. Usually free breakfast is mediocre at best. But the food was very tasty 😋.     worst hotel experience of the last decade lies and games

    nothing but lies in games, and supervisor with nothing but excuses and attitude. The absolute worst hotel experience I have had in the last decade, thinking of switching to Hyatt, hilton has gone really downhill in the last couple of years. Diamond member that never gets an upgrade, and just put up with the worst hotel manager I could possibly imagine wrecking the only two days I get off to relax in the last three months. avoid this establishment at all costs. not to mention after eating the breakfast four hours on the toilet, stale food undercooked eggs horrible in every wayI should've gone out front and slept with all the homeless people it probably would've been a better staycation General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Homewood Suites By Hilton Atlanta Midtown, Ga, responded to this review John, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.     Had a good stay, good room and service, but the water pressure was low, and I took one start off because it took forever to get hot water to start, had to let water run 5 min each time.     We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport but you don't have to pay for parking, well we got so much more. When we walked in, we were greeted by Chantil (I apologize if I spelt her name incorrectly) and immediately felt at home. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling (that's a big sticking point for me). The breakfast buffet was great. The shuttle service was definitely an added bonus and was always timely and the drivers courteous - shout out to Mr. D. and his recommendations of restaurants. To be honest, for the area, it far exceeded my expectations.
