    Disappointed then blown away!!

    Front desk person (Malcomb) was a joy. We intended to stay at our fav Hyatt Place hotel but it was sold out and we were disappointed with having to choose another location last minute. In less than 30 mins before we arrived I made the reservation and requested a room that we really needed on this trip and I was pleasantly shocked when we arrived and Malcomb greeted us as said the room we requested is ready for us. Wow!Malcomb was exceptional throughout our entire stay!!The next pleasant surprise was the overall cleanliness of the hotel and how quiet the rooms were even though the location is close to restaurants and a busy street.Hyatt Place Windward is now our fav hotel in Alpharetta.     this is a nice La Quita property in an easily accesible area of Alpharetta. I would stay here again! It is located behind a nice resataurant and near the GA400 exit for Windward Parkway. The gym inside is decent, too!     The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Staff were all pleasant and welcoming. Location is great near highway and across from stores & restaurants. Area is safe and newly built up.
