    The hotel was very cleaned, spacious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. One person stood out the most Marta.She was exceptional easy approach, informative very nice to all the customers she came in contact with.

    Hotel is very outdated and smells of mold and cigarettes. Additionally the breakfast was not fresh and horrible coffee

    The king suite was spacious for a couple, just the narrow toilet/shower room was cramped. Having a separate desk area and extra sink with the mini-bar was helpful. Most hotels never enough hooks or towel rods for more than 1 person, so had to hang bath towels in the narrow closet. Appreciated the wall-mounted dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The mini refrigerator is cold enough for drinks, but likely not for food. Would have liked to have a microwave though. Included breakfast was OK - wish had more berries and oatmeal option as we stayed for 5 nights. No laundry room on site. Very small gym with free weights but a few good cardio equipment. Would stay again if price remains reasonable for that area.

    The rooms were clean but the frequency of cleaning the room was not up to par. Staff were very helpful and responsive to my requests.

    Very disappointing experience at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead. We stayed as a group in January and each of us was required to pay a deposit at check-in. While this is standard the problem is that months later none of us have received our refundsWe have tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times through different channels but have received no response whatsoever
