    The location of this hotel is amazing, especially if you plan to visit the Georgia Aquarium. We had an issue with our room (bathroom door not closing completely and phone not working) but we were moved to a new room without issue. The room was clean. The restaurant service and food were mediocre. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

    The hotel is located in a perfect setting near major landmarks downtown. It sits right across from the Georgia Aquarium, which is the largest aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. Just down the street you will also find the Coca Cola Center. There are restaurants all around in case you want to eat out. The hotel is secure and in order to enter you must have a key to get past the second set of doors. You enter into the lobby and there's sitting areas throughout. The area for breakfast is nice and spacious. There's also a bar in the evenings and an area to grab snacks. There isn't a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby area. The elevators are also secure. You can't go anywhere unless you have a key. The fifth floor opened up to a hall area. My room had plenty of space. As you entered there was a long table to have a meeting our a family dinner. There was a nice wardrobe closet and desk to do some work. There was a couch closer to the area where the king- sized bed was. There was a large TV on the wall in the bed area and a smaller TV at the end of the table at the entrance. The bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of space. They're was a glass shower door. The sink was outside the bathroom. If you get hungry there is food avaliable, but there are restaurants close by also. The hotel staff was nice from the first person I met to the last. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast started at 6:30 and the food was good. I was there two days. One day there was grits and the next day there was oatmeal. There was sausage, eggs, potatoes, French toast one day and pancakes the next. There was cereal, fresh fruits, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, water, coffee, and tea. You could make toast and there was probably more. You don't have to leave hungry at all. All and all, this was a great experience. I will keep this hotel on the list for my next trip.

    We had a great experience staying at this hotel while we were in Atlanta for the Georgia Aquarium. The hotel was just across the street from the Aquarium which made it super convenient. There were also several eating places within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

    Really good experience at the Hyatt Place Atlanta / Centennial park. The hospitality from the staff was excellent. Blue was a standout during our stay, and Sytara and Leah were great as we were checking in and checking out. The valets were efficient and warm. The room was clean and well designed. One nice detail was a clean non-slip mat for the shower; it did seem like the shower could be slippery without it. Walking to the aquarium and restaurants was so easy. If you are going to the aquarium, be aware that the aquarium tickets are an additional cost over the room rate. That wasn’t obvious from the hotel website, but aside from that the aquarium ticket package was a great experience.
