    Very noisy neighbors me and my toddler could not sleep properly for 6 nights. Waste of money we would not stay in this place worst experience

    Room is decent although the rooms in the front face Hwy 141 and gets noisy. Some loose tiles and door knob in the bathroom but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel is a bit tired. Only 1 elevator working so we took the stairs from 2nd fl. Ran out of coffee one day at breakfast so had to ask front desk employee to refill. No one else around. Not the Hyatt’s fault, but people are slobs at breakfast and spill cereal and food on the counters and floor, where it remains. Always had good experiences at Hyatt, but we won’t be back. Guess that’s why it’s the cheapest hotel in the area.

    Mediocre hotel. Gets the job done but wouldn't stay again if I had the choice. Rooms are dark, ugly, and windows do not open.Bathroom was small and didn't have proper ventilation.

    The rooms were okay, but just okay. There were a number of maintenance items that need to be addressed (door sticking so it wouldn't shut unless you force it to. Shower controls were loose and need tightening. Towels were threadbare. The room could be cleaner. Carpets could stand a good cleaning. Breakfast doesn't compare favorably with other brands in the same category. We cut our stay short and went to another hotel that turned out to be far cleaner and nicer for less than $1 more per day.

    Most of the employees we interfaced with could care less about the quality of our experience at this old hotel. The elevator was not working. The breakfast is not fresh. The place was recently renovated but it clearly needs work. There was garbage in the parking lot.
