The hotel is conveniently located north of downtown Atlanta in the heart of the Fortune 500 business market, just 3 km from Northside, St Joseph's, and Scottish Rite hospitals. There is plenty of shopping nearby and acres of golf courses. Guests can visit the Atlanta History Center and the Georgia Dome, Atlanta's Buckhead district for fine restaurants, and Midtown for Arts, Botanical Gardens, and Museums. The hotel is conveniently located in Dunwoody north of I-285 and east of Highway 400, just three blocks from the Marta Transportation Rail.

Facility

The hotel has 142 rooms and 14 suites, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe.     Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    For the price I think you'd expect a little bit more. Checked in yesterday with Dee was amazing we had small talk and she was really sweet. The hotel is a little run down for the price honestly especially the room. Table was sticky and looked on the wall it's coffee on it so someone spilled coffee on the table in the wall and neither was cleaned. The microwaves needed to be wiped down there were smears from fingerprints and a random gold earring in the bathroom on the floor. You can tell nothing's been wiped down and the restroom dust at the bottom of the towel holders and the top of the napkin holder is excessively dusty. The room door makes a loud banging creak every open and close and it has a large indentation on the left side where it opens and closes you can basically see outside. I noticed at night when it's dark in here and light outside the room in the hallway you can see. The AC works amazingly good. But back to my issue. I stayed up all night unpacking things because I know I was sleep in in the morning. 8:45ish I get a banging on my door from an Indian housekeeper woman who lets herself in after the second knock to which I pushed the door their is a dog here no one asked for your presence now what if he would have been waiting by the door for me to take him out and He bolted out or bit. I was immediately woken out of my sleep I felt like I was going to have a heart attack and it is Monday so it's very possible. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate, very rude! My folio has multiple stays on it why would I need housekeeping less than 24 hours in my stay?! It's 10:00 and my heart rhythmic is still up and I can't lay back down now. Please let them know the standard of laquinta this is not a Best Western or Days inn. Please put your do not disturb sign up immediately or 2hours before checkout you'll get woken out of your sleep even if your folio has multiple days of stay you'll get a banging on your door for housekeeping.

    TV didn't work. Bathroom electric plug didn't work. Only one person at front desk who was too busy to help. Carpet was dirty. Will not go back!

    Great location, rather central to everywhere we visited. However, the rooms are poorly maintained. The shower dripped/leaked constantly and was moldy/mildewy, the bathroom door was deteriorating, the iron holder is coming out of the wall, and the sheets were like sandpaper.

    A very pleasant stay in this updated property. No complaints whatsoever.AC was quiet and efficient, everything was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple but tasty. We will be back on our next trip to Atlanta!
