I had a really nice stay at the hotel, it was super comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

I gave this establishment a 4 rating solely based on the efforts of the night desk manager who had to deal with a lot of unnecessary drama! He confronted people stinking up the place by smoking weed in stairwells, replaced missing trash cans, fixed televisions that had been set up for game systems, and addressed people hanging out in the hallway. At approximately 10:30, someone pulled the fire alarm, resulting in guests having to leave their rooms during the night! Through every crisis, he remained professional and attentive to the hotel guests. He never raised his voice and he never got into an argument.
