    Clean hotel. Only here one night but would stay again if in the area. Breakfast was available but didnt try it.

    Unfortunately, my experience at this property was extremely unprofessional from start to finish.Before arriving, I called the hotel directly to ask about switching to a closer location. I was told this was not possible because I booked through Booking.com. I then contacted Booking.com, who confirmed the reservation was valid, prepaid, and required no changes. I drove over an hour to the hotel based on that confirmation.Upon arrival, I had already completed mobile pre-check-in and added a card for incidentals, as instructed. I was told I only needed to pick up my keys. However, the front desk agent requested my physical card and then repeatedly claimed the payment was not going through, despite the reservation being prepaid.At this point, a housekeeping employee entered the front desk area and attempted to handle the check-in process, repeatedly interrupting and not allowing the front desk agent to do her job. This employee did not identify herself and had visible tattoos, which is the only reason I am able to describe her. Her involvement caused further confusion and significantly escalated the situation.During this interaction, the housekeeping employee made inappropriate and irrelevant comments to the person I was traveling with (a veteran), including suggesting that his card may have been declined due to insufficient credit. After the reservation was finally located—over an hour later—and it was confirmed that the room had been prepaid all along, the same employee proceeded to make unsolicited personal statements about her family and background in an apparent attempt to justify her behavior. These comments were unrelated to the situation and unprofessional.What should have been a simple check-in turned into an hour-long ordeal due to staff not understanding the reservation system and a lack of clear boundaries between staff roles. Throughout the process, the housekeeping employee maintained a hostile tone, waved her finger in my fiancé’s face, and behaved in a confrontational manner.The following day, I attempted to speak with management. I was initially told multiple times that the hotel “did not have a manager,” which was concerning. When I eventually spoke with the manager (Madison), the same front desk employee interrupted the conversation by slamming a door loudly, which further demonstrated the lack of professionalism. The situation did not appear to be taken seriously.After this incident, interactions with housekeeping felt uncomfortable, including laughing and behavior that came across as dismissive. I also experienced issues with hot water during my stay, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.This stay was stressful, poorly managed, and handled without professionalism. Based on my experience—particularly the lack of staff training, inappropriate conduct, and absence of accountability—I would not recommend this property to others.
