    Comfortable room, great customer service and room service, conveniently located at truist park to walk over to the game. Valet was a little messy, as we had to sit and wait while the workers kept walking past us, not acknowledging us, but aside from that, the stay was everything we hoped for!

    This hotel and its staff are first class. They make you feel welcome and valued for being there. If you’re a Braves fan there is no better game day experience than staying here. It’s even a fun trip during the off season.

    We had an excellent experience. Our room was spotless and had plenty of space. Staff members were all very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again when visiting Atlanta.

    I first stayed at the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta for one night in February 2026 during a business trip. It was a quieter time of year, and the staff surprised me with an upgrade to a room overlooking The Battery and Truist Park. It was such a cool experience that I knew right away I wanted to come back with my wife and kids.When I got home, I checked the baseball schedule since our family is full of Red Sox fans. Sure enough, the Sox had a three-game series against the Braves from May 15–17, so I booked a room as a surprise family getaway. The plan was simple: some time in the sun, a little poolside relaxing, and the chance to watch our team play from the hotel.At the time of booking, a standard room with two queens was what made sense for us. Then the Omni magic kicked in.From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted by Grant, who was fantastic all weekend. He helped with our bags, checked in with us whenever we passed by, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the start. At check-in, the cheerful receptionist gave our kids, ages 6 and 8, some free Disney-themed pins that immediately put huge smiles on their faces. Then she followed it up with the news that we had been upgraded to a premium suite overlooking The Battery and the field.After checking into the room, we headed down to the pool to settle into vacation mode. When we returned, we found a fresh charcuterie board, cookies, chocolate-drizzled strawberries, and a carafe of milk waiting for us. We were honestly stunned.A huge thank you to General Manager Mr. Steve Tass and Director of Rooms Mr. Kenneth McClain. They clearly had a personal hand in making this trip special for our family, and the team they lead is second to none. Every touchpoint throughout our stay felt warm, thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable.I also wish I remembered the name of the bartender at the pool deck, because she was incredibly sweet and friendly and really added to the overall vibe.This was one of those stays our family will always remember. Bravo to the Omni team. We can’t wait to come back.

    Great Property and Nice Rooms but 1104 is not a Suite

    Revising my original post & going from a 3 to 4 star review due to a call from the property acknowledging that the room description is misleading - calling one of our rooms a suite rather than a large King room. The staff takes pride in the property and customer service and that trumps some of my room expectation disappointments. Full disclosure this would be a 5 star if it were not for the initial disappointment with the room description.Annual family baseball stadium trip which included Baltimore, DC and Atlanta. I was expecting Omni Battery Park to be the highlight hotel, but it probably places 2nd of the 3 hotels during our trip. Four Season Baltimore, while a mile from Camden Yards, was first place. Westin Georgetown, a 15 minute (in traffic) Uber to Nationals Stadium was second place even though the size and layout of the rooms were superior to Omni Battery Park. We were expecting our "Suite" at Omni Battery Park to put the others to shame, but we were disappointed. Our "suite", room 1104, was just a nice size, normal king hotel room. The word suite should not be used in the description. Room has a table against a wall with one chair that's your workstation. Bathroom was actually very nice, but rather dark (a backlit mirror would be a great add). The price paid isn’t so much for the room as it is for the location directly next door to Truist Stadium.Omni Battery Park was very nice, and the staff really does take pride in the property and customer service. Tunde was awesome during check-in and handled a follow up billing issue the evening after we checked out. True gentleman. We also had good experiences at the National Anthem Restaurant and the Lobby breakfast buffet. Again, great staff and friendly service.I am a hotel gym enthusiast and was very pleased with Omni gym. Enough equipment and space with an amazing view over the pool & Truist Stadium.Our family took in 3 Braves games at Truist and had a fantastic experience each game which all ended with an easy stroll back to the Omni which is literally almost part of the stadium. Great entertainment and atmosphere just outside the doors of the hotel with an entrance gate right there when exiting the Omni.Kenny, thank you for the follow up call and the help applying my Amex property credit.We will return to the Omni Battery Park - Nice property and excellent location!
