    Poorly maintained motel, however pool was clean and clear. When checking out at 7:30 am myself and another person literally had to bang (hard) on the door to the staff's apt. to get someone to come out to take our card keys and let them know we were checking out. Needless to say there was no apology for having no one attending the front desk during a time of check out.

    Rudeness of Front Desk Lady Who was Training New Desk Clerk

    Front desk clerk who checked me in was nice. Today was her first day. Another lady who was on the desk on July 20th, 2024, at 2:45pm was very rude. I decided not to respond to her rudeness at the front desk. I decided to post a review and inform all travelers about this lady. This hotel may lose lot of business because of her behavior. I will never stay at this location again. One nice guy stepped in and told me that my room will be ready in 15 minutes.

    Pool has been condemned by the Counry. The manager is horrible, when I checked in we asked for a room.near the pool, he didn't mention the pool was closed and said you just asked to be by the pool NOT if it was open. Told me to call 911 when I checked out 2 hours later. Corporate confirmed he was refusing to check me out until the morning so he could charge my card even though he took the card back and we had no access to the room. Can you say fraud? Illegally not checking me out knowing he took the Key card back. The tv has one channel and tge AC is so loud we couldn't even gear each other talk. STAY AWAY!!

    On April 9, 2022, my wife and I stayed at Quality Inn in Acworth, Ga. We wanted an early start to the next morning. During the night, 10:30pm., a person came into our room startling us awake. Quickly this person left after I confronted him. When we left at 4am, our room key no longer worked as we loaded our car. Communicating to the person on staff was useless as he offered no help from what happened hours earlier.My wife was so frightened she never went back to sleep, but the person at the front desk didn't seem to care or even know what to do. We followed up with the hotel manager, again no apology after they had double booked the room, and she offered little help to make the situation right. After a number of phone calls, I asked for the general manager to call me, never happened. In the business world protecting one's reputation after making such a terrible mistake would be a priority, but not for this hotel chain. They didn't apologize and eventually offered a 50% refund. If you have a family with children, or you are an older couple, I strong recommend not staying at this hotel. The rooms are only fair, but the service and safety are poor.

    Great deal for the money, convenient location

    My husband is from Kennesaw, but this was only about 5 miles from downtown Kennesaw. Traffic was easier than when we have stayed in Marietta. Stayed 2 nights, and will go back. It is old, but they have repainted everything. Room was clean. Coffee maker plus tea bags ( an added plus). Bit of a problem was knob on shower faucet, plastic handle stripped, but it worked and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, lobby was clean. Lots of construction workers stay there, leaving in loud diesel trucks, but over all it was pretty quiet.
