    Very unpleasant hotel environment to stay

    Please do not stay at this hotel no matter what the circumstances!!!!!!!The accommodation was unfit for use due to severe cleanliness issues, unsafe conditions, and a disturbing environment including strong drug odors in the room and corridors. The room itself was poorly maintained (dirty bathroom, wet/unclean floors, damaged fixtures), and did not meet any reasonable hospitality standard.We were forced to leave the following day and incur additional accommodation costs. Additionally, my son and I developed unexplained bites after the stay, raising concerns about possible pest infestation.This experience represents a clear failure to provide the service paid for.     Do not stay here. Staff terrible rude. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but after our treatment by the staff at front desk, we got another hotel. The hotel is also in a very sketchy area and we did not feel safe staying there. Now fighting to get a refund. My advise avoid this hotel!!     Average experience, room is good but staff be rude

    I have mixed feelings about this hotel, it’s run by Indians and they were sometimes very rude. I think because of its location so close to the airport they don’t be putting any effort in giving good customer service. I would not stay here again.     See pictures. This is the first room I was given at 1:30am after driving 6 hrs from a different state. I paid over $300 for two nights. Absolutely not! Unacceptable. This place is disgusting. Always request a better room if you are not comfortable, get your money worth.
