    when we arrived Shonda greeted us. She was totally full of customer service. Told us about the amenities at the hotel. She was so friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again on our next trip.

    Although an older hotel the room was clean and comfortable bed. Great location right off I-75 and there is plenty of parking. There are multiple restuarants in the area and downtown Perry is real close. Nice breakfast and clean pool. Reasonably priced.

    While traveling from Florida to north Georgia this Quality Inn was a convenient overnight stop right off of I-75 at Exit 136. We arrived at about 10:00 pm in the dark, and right away we saw the light-up Christmas Snowmen on all the street light poles along Sam Nunn Blvd. And, even in the dark, it was noticeable that the roads were in good repair and the shrubs at the businesses looked young and well kept. And, all the fast food restaurants, gas stations, and motels looked new. We were happy to have chosen this location as an overnight stop during our road trip. On this cold December night, the heat in our second floor motel room was not turned on and no extra blankets were located in the closet. We did have blankets in our car that we used and the in-room heating unit warmed the room. The bed was comfortably firm and the pillows were soft. The hot water and the water pressure in the shower were great. At 8:00 am, we were the only guests in the breakfast area. Everything in our room and the breakfast area/front lobby was neat and clean.

    The hotel was clean but could use a little TLC. Pay close attention if you book a "Queen-sized room, they list bed measurements in web side. They measure a full size not a queen. Pool is not heated so all kids are in hot tub. The biggest problem was we went to check out the next morning and everything was dark and ALL doors was locked. Could not check out or talk with anyone. We waited and finally left at 6:35am and still no free breakfast, (that's included) and doors still locked. When we checked in we was informed pool closes at 9 and breakfast at 6. I would stay here again, only if I could not find other options. Staff are very rude, when u try to ask a question they get attitude.

    Very clean room and bathroom, friendly and helpful desk clerk and well maintained (all appliances worked). Quiet and neat environment. Good value. Breakfast was better than my expectations. Recommend staying here for good value, no frills.
