    Very poor service and unacceptable check-in experience

    I made a reservation at this hotel for my son’s girlfriend and updated the booking to her name before arrival. Unfortunately, the hotel’s system did not reflect the update, but I had clear proof from my Booking.com account showing the correct guest name. When she arrived, she provided a copy of the reservation, the reservation PIN, her ID, and confirmation showing her name on the booking. Despite all of this, they refused to check her in. She was kept there for over an hour while they repeatedly asked for the same documents, which she provided each time. I then contacted Booking.com support, and they called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation details. Even after that, and despite the room being fully paid, the hotel still refused to allow her to check in, claiming their system had not updated. This is completely unacceptable. The issue was clearly on their side, yet they showed no willingness to resolve it. On top of that, both the receptionist and the manager were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. As a result, she was left alone, unable to access the room, and had to find another hotel at the last minute, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly advise others to be very careful when booking this hotel. Even with full payment and proper documentation, there is no guarantee you will be treated fairly or professionally.     The only good things about this hotel is the price and the comfortable bed. The razzle-dazzle of the lobby's bright colors and modern look belie the dim, shabby interior of the rooms. Our bathtub was missing its stopper, so no restorative soak at the end of a long day of travel. The air vent in the bathroom was coated with thick dust. The "continental breakfast" was a joke! No protein--no eggs or sausage--no fruit, not even pancake mix = no effort expended by management. No elevator to 2nd floor. Grounds nicely kept, but inside, no effort. Lobby locked down at 6:00 PM.     Remodeling has created QUALITY inside and out

    This is not your father's Quality Inn Ignore dated reviews. The rooms of this motel are entirely new inside. All amenities are updated. Lamplight is bright; electric outlets are within reach. Hot water is plentiful; rectangular fridges are present. The exterior is well-lit; security cameras are everywhere. HVAC thermostats control room temperature. The place was quiet on Saturday night.     Unexpected overnight after family car trouble.

    Needed an overnight after rescuing a family member after car trouble. Checked in after midnight with no issues. Wasn't the only one, so there was a short wait to check in. Got a nice, clean 2 bed room with mini fridge (empty) and a tiny coffee maker with complimentary coffee and fixin's. Didn't use the tv. Comfy beds, air conditioning worked fine. Plenty of hot water in the morning. There was a hair dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Enjoyed a self-made waffle and syrup, with OJ, and more coffee. Cereal, yogurt supplied, and bread and bagels for toasting. Reasonably priced.     Easy to find and Staff ok

    The staff was there, that is all I can say. The hotel is old and not kept in good shape. The furniture is peeling and old. The TV is on one side of the room so you can not lay in bed and watch it. They do not stock the room at all. There was not trash can and no tissues and because of that I had to use up all the toilet paper. It says it has a pool but it is under construction. Breakfast was terrible because the milk and juice were just left out with no ice, so it was all warm and I would not eat it. What they did have looked old and leftover.
