  Hoping for Better Quality

  We stayed at the Quality Inn because it was one of the closest motels to the family we were visiting. However, in the future, we will drive a little further for a better experience. The room assigned to us on the ground floor made our first night very uncomfortable.The door's lack of seal let in outside light and cold air. The HVAC was VERY LOUD. The fan did not turn off. We could either turn off the unit and have no warm air, or try to sleep with the fan screeching.The backside of the bathroom door was peeling off - a splintered mess. (Unfortunately, we didn't get a photo of the door.)The TV did not work. The bed was VERY SOFT, and the sheets had holes in them.The breakfast bar was a mess the first morning we went in. The worker seemed to be more interested in his phone than in keeping the area cleared for guests. During the remainder of our stay, the breakfast bar was clean.We spoke with the employee at the desk and were able to secure a different room. The new room was better. The HVAC worked, the TV worked, the mattress was firmer, and the sheets were clean, with NO HOLES.There was still light coming in around the door, but not as much as in the original room. The bathroom still needed updating and a new door; however, it was in better shape.This is a non-smoking motel. However, the ventilation system blew both cigarette and marijuana odors into our room.We stayed at this Quality Inn for 4 nights.   We got the worse room in the whole hotel with marks all on the walls and bathroom old with marks and dents! If you’re looking for quality stay away from this place.   DO NOT BOOK worse place ever

  This place is horrible. Those pictures are full of lies. Even if they had room for $1 book at your own risk. This place is unsanitary, smelly and overall the worse of the worse hotel I've ever seen. The hall its self makes you want to vomit how fifty and scary it was. People standing outside all in front of the room smoking, playing loud music and getting wasted. The room was so dirty even my daughter 4 years old said what the what, her way of saying what the hell. She said unt unt this room is dirty. Now if she can see it what you think I'm going to say. The room would of knocked you out with smoke. Like the walls were patched up. I look at the sheet on the bed and it was dirty stands on it.Went to Front Desk to complain she had the nerves to ask do I want another room. Ma'am Hell NO! I want a FULL REFUND NOW .I would NOT recommend this placr to a dog less than a human. I ended up getting a refund which I had to wait til it comes back to my card. So I had to sleep in my car at a rest stop and looked for something the next day.

  Worst Hotel Stay - Needs to be CLOSED/SHUTDOWN

  1. Hotel VERY overpriced for "quality"...- Trash all over ground outside. - Smelled like urine on balcony & stairwell. - Kids running around from the ice machine to the pool throwing ice having an ice fight. - Someone was banging on the doors around midnight screaming & looking for someone. - Doors slamming all night.- Room doors didnt close all the way. 2. Rooms disgusting...- Covers had burn marks & paint stains.- Bathroom not the cleaniest. Hairs in tub. Toilet wasnt clean.- Desk chair broken & under the desk.- Remote didnt work for tv. Had to get both replaced. - Outlets half worked. 3. Area not Safe - People smoking weed in parking lot & balcony.- Randoms walking up to you & youe car.Only good thing about this place is that it surprisingly didnt have bedbugs. Smh

  Very untidy, smelly and overall terrible. There was uncovered trash in the hallways. Saw a car parked with all the windows smashed and pieces of glass all over. It was scary to park in the vicinity. I got assigned a room that I opened to see a bunch of people already inside - smoking. I got a reassignment after I returned to the front desk. The bedding of the new room too smelled of smoke. There were cigarette spark holes in the bedding. I would not recommend this to anyone traveling with family. I ended up paying and not using the two rooms that I had reserved.
