    Mistake to let airline park us there

    Sent there by airline due to cancelled flight. Dirty. Unfriendly staff. Utterly disreputable shuttle. Had to Uber back to airport. Isolated. Only food available from 2 gas station convenience stores.Terrible experience.

    Comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean room. Great customer service. Visibly hard working staff. Really good expansive hot breakfast. Pancakes and waffles, eggs, oatmeal, toast, potatoes, juices, fruits, donuts, cereal, good coffee.

    I had a business meeting in Atlanta and booked a room at the Quality Inn East hotel.Excellent rooms service and shuttle drivers was very polite and helpful.

    Terrible! Dirty, broken, and gross. Delta Airlines should be ashamed of themselves if they think providing a voucher to this place is acceptable. Also, they advertise that they are 2 miles from the airport. It would seem that they are 2 miles from the furthest corner of the airport, and really are about a 15 minute drive away.

    Do not stay here.In June 2025 our car was damaged in an attempted theft/break in during the night and caused thousands of dollars in damage. There is NO security. NO gate. They are right off the highway. VERY DANGEROUS. Mr Patel, the hotel manage, who initially promised to fix the damage due to their negligence in protecting the cars there is not responding to my emails, texts or voicemails. We will be taking them to court. LOOK AT MY PICTURES. STAY AWAY. VERY UNSAFE AREA.
