    Waited over an hour for a shuttle

    Waited for an hour fo the shuttle to come and pick us up from the airport. Was told from the shuttle driver when we were dropped off on the 8th of May that they would pick us up on zone C1/C2 and gave us tickets. Came back on the 12th and waited for shuttle for over an hour. Staff at the airport said they havent seen them in 2 days. We called and phone was disconnected. Ended up having to get an Uber. To take us to the hotel. Once at the hotel I confronted the shuttle driver, which he was sitting on the bus and said that the bus was not working?? Went inside and confronted the service desk rep and told her I was calling them for over an hour and she said their phone been down for 2 weeks and that their shuttle was no longer authorized for pickups at the airport??? So which one is it? Phone disconnected, shuttle bus broke down, and not authorize at the ATL airport? Terrible establishement, dont understand how they are running a business with no landline. Do not recommend them for any of their services. You call the number right now and it says its disconnected.

    Don't stay here or park your car here. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Displayed no empathy and couldn’t care less. They will have your car towed, even if you pay for overnight parking. We paid for parking, but unfortunately, because we were rushing to catch the shuttle, we forgot to place the parking pass on the dashboard. Even though we registered the vehicle with the hotel and they had all of our information on file, they still called a tow truck company and had our car towed.While we understand we made an error by not displaying the pass, they should never have towed a registered, paid vehicle without first attempting to contact us. Stay away from this place.

    Very old, poorly maintained facility. No breakfast served. Rooms smelled musty. Front desk staff at check-in was barely conversational. Shuttle did not run after 10:30 p.m. spend a few more dollars and get a hotel that doesn't force you to look under the bed with a flashlight.

    Left my car there thinking it was safe and nice price but what it was cheap it’s now gonna cost me a lot because my car was destroyed. The security was there before it happened, the car was still destroyed.

    This place is garbage. The security prioritizes some people over others, and I will NEVER stay at a Ramada ever again! I’d rather sleep in my car. It’s cleaner and safer!
