    The room was gross!!!!! The bathroom tile was filthy. My boyfriend had to put towns down in the shower. He was afraid to stand on the filthy floors with bare feet. Awful place for $90.     I would give negative stars if I could. I booked a room on 5/2/25 through Expedia, but accidentally selected a smoking room even though I don't smoke. I asked the woman at the front desk to change it to a non smoking room thinking it wouldn't be that big of a deal. She said they require a $50 deposit to change my room. I said fine and handed her my debit card, but then she said "oh no, it has to be cash". I'm not stupid, so I said I don't have $50 in cash. Then she said they dont have any non smoking rooms. There was glass between us, but there is a microphone on her side and a speaker on the customer side. She turned up the microphone to make really loud feedback noise in the room just to drown me out. She said something into the microphone, and I put my hand over the speaker so I could talk and said I want to cancel my reservation. She said I had to talk to Expedia. I called Expedia, and they said they can't refund it until the hotel refunds it, but they'll call the hotel. So they called the hotel and the woman answered the phone. She told Expedia that they don't have any non smoking rooms, and that she couldn't refund it, a manager has to do that, then walked out of view. Expedia relayed that info to me, and said they will call them the next day to talk to a manager to get a refund. They finally called me back today to say that they have called every day, and that apparently there is never a manager there. So they basically stole my money, I still haven't received a refund. Stay away from this place.     Worst hotel ever !! ROACHES DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE !! THEY WONT REFUND YOU. they will only put u in another roach infested room! Baby roaches and big roaches ! they don’t wanna reason at all with giving you your money back ! Anywhere else but here !     They will steal your money, and their rooms are the filthiest you’ll ever see

    First thing to highlight is this area is terrible. These rooms are used for illegal things. The rooms where absolutely disgusting (pillows, mirror, AC, everything). The AC did not work, and the rooms smelled of weird, perhaps illegal, substances. They’ll charge your card before showing you the room, take a copy of your id, and not give you a receipt. Once you go see the rooms and realize they’re filthy, they’ll tell you to write a report and the manager will contact you. The manager ignores your report, continues on to charge your card, and you’ll never hear from them. They’re used to doing this. They’re stealing from guests and they somehow still have their business afloat. Please, do not fall for this. The pictures they show you online are not what you will see in person.
