    Our experience was amazing! We were tired from driving for many hours in the rain, saw this hotel on the highway, pulled over, and inquired about a room. Check-in was very smooth. The hotel in general was very clean, and the rooms were exactly to my liking. Extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing! 😍😍😍😍 Very varied and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel; we were truly very pleased with our stay.     Ice Cold Showers! & Thin walls.

    Worst experience. From iced shower to thin walls. While getting into shower after a 10 hour drive there was no hot water. We notified front desk and attendant said the maintenance knows about the issue but hasn’t been resolved or fixed. Will never stay here again. Walls are thin. Heard person snoring in room next to ours. Could here child at 12:30 am talking in another room . We were on 2nd floor 213 near elevators which was noisy also. We usually stay at different hotel that’s newer and fabulous compared to this dump. But, was booked. 8th plan ahead next time. We pass through on 75 multiple times a year. Front desk said they’d give us extra points. Didn’t. I should demand our money back with ice cold showers is unexceptable. Especially since they’ve known about this issue. We checked out at 4:30am.     Always a nice stay with friendly staff. They usually have something that is gluten free at the breakfast buffet, which is such a nice surprise. We are repeat guests returning a few times a year and each visit reaffirms the exceptional quality and service. This place remains a favorite.

    Good location and very friendly staff. It is a newer location so room and common areas were clean and well equipped. There is a lot of road noise from I-75 but you are right next to the interstate. We stopped on way to Florida and it was more than adequate. Breakfast typical of Holiday Inn Express. Would stay there again.
