  If i could give zero stars i would.. i checked in friday morning at 0600 on 4/3 after a long drive, first off the lady at the front desk was very hard to hear. Then I sign my refundable deposit paper and she hands me a card for room 123.. when she had a white piece of paper that stated “people did not like room 123 and moved rooms” so then i took the key to see maybe the room was cleaned up.. it was not so I had went to the front desk again and told her the room was absolutely disgusting an disappointing since i would be here until sunday. she told me she would have house keeping come in the morning.. they never did so then i went back up there and spoke to the young man that was very sweet and told me she shouldnt have done that and gave us a new room and told the manager about the room and that it would be handled in the AM on saturday 4/4.. it was never handled and i leave tomorrow morning.. was just very upsetting.. aswell as many guests put gum onto my car.. and the room had stains in the sink, shower, floor had brown stuff. the walls were chipped and the outlits are absolutely sick.. i had expressed this to both employees and it was never handled.. All i know this better not be charged on my card for this experience and i better receive my deposit back.. because i have multiple documents to prove this was not us not only that i talked to two employees and nothing was fixed. i am very upset and will be calling this building’s management and corporate… they better not charge me for this because if they try to say this was me, i will contact my lawyer to further investigate this situation.   A hook up hotel for casual encounters. To be avoided.

  Definitely nothing “Plus” about this place. The staff were completely uninterested. They clearly didn’t want to be there. The room was passable. Floors were coming up. No chairs, no refrigerator, not even a bath mat. Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Comings and goings all night. This place is used for hook ups and it’s obvious from the moment you arrive. It was noisy with people roaming corridors all night. Poor state of repair and I wouldn’t stay here again.   I am a current resident staying at the red roof inn bucket location. I love the service that I received. Checking in with Tyrelle. He goes above and above and beyond expectations. He’s a keeper. My problem lies currently with Bernard the manager? Not sure if the two should switch but I can honestly say the service with Bernard I’ve received is horrible. The hospitality is clearly out the window and he’s all about doing the best he can, which is not enough for this customer I will continue to patronize the red roof but I just wanted to post this review to praise the front desk and to let people know that if you are dealing with Bernard, CHECK OUT!
