    Spend my Mother's Birthday here! Also reconnected with my family! The staff at the Front Desk were amazing! Stayed in the 2-bedroom suites on the second floor!Jai was amazing, making sure all was set for my mom in advance!Brian and Kenny were always attentive and respectful to my needs.Our new place to stay when coming back home to ATL No need for the fancy extras!     A Pleasant Weekend Stay!

    The hotel is gorgeous and love the fragrance you smell when we entered the lobby. The newly renovated decor is very pleasing to the eye. The location is quite and close to Target and other shops but not walking distance. The room was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be you can hear if someone closes their door inside your room. There is a lot on the free breakfast menu, so you are sure to find something you like. I loved the outdoor patio with tennis court and basketball to my surprise. Along with ample seating, tables, a pool, and firepit. I wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend. Great value for what we paid.     Our family had a great stay here. Comfortable beds, nice showers and everything was clean.Something that really stands out about this property is the front desk employees. We interacted with 3 of them and they were friendly, professional and helpful. And J makes the best juice in the world! It was in the lobby and was the perfect pick-me-up after a long drive. The one improvement they need is some signs for the lobby, both in the parking garage and around the hotel. We hope to stay again!     WORST HOTEL AND STAFF IN ATLANTA

    This hotel is an absolute disaster — and the staff somehow manages to be even worse. The entire property is under construction, and in my case, they were drilling or grinding until nearly 11pm and started right back up before 6am. Good luck getting any sleep.My room? The refrigerator was broken, smelled awful, and despite requesting housekeeping every single day, the room was never cleaned once. Not a towel, not a trash pickup — nothing.To make matters worse, the front desk is a mess. One of the employees even told me she was the manager, which turned out to be a complete lie. On night three, when I asked (again) why my room hadn’t been cleaned at all, there was zero apology and absolutely no effort to fix it. Instead, she told me I “wasn’t scheduled for cleaning” and somehow made me feel like the problem for being upset.I genuinely hate this place. Save yourself the headache, the noise, and the attitude.DO NOT STAY HERE.
