Pros: Front desk staff was friendly, was quiet during my stay and it is near highway. Cons: Their version of Hot Breakfast is one waffle maker which is unacceptable and not disclosed; they failed to tell me to turn the shower handle around twice to get hot water so 1st day no hot water and then my daughter told me to go around twice and it worked, and I took the stairs one day and found huge cockroaches. Paid over $100/night so would definitely Not Return and Not Recommend this hotel.

It is a hidden gem! So clean with friendly staff & great washer with dryer if needed. Such a convenient location!! Great for the price & value of your dollar. Parking lot is good. Breakfast is fast food. Room was serviced every day without asking!! While the service was not bad, it took them over 40 minutes to check me in, due to lack of a good system in place or just bad management. What is worse? No one bothered to regret, except for the newly hired lady at the check-in counter who was merely following the manager's instructions. Would never recommend this place.

Best I could get from the shower was lukewarm water. The warmest spot on the dial is right when you turn it on. So just past the point where the water flow slows down to turn it off, the water was lukewarm. Everywhere else on the dial was cold. At the end of August, it is not as much of an issue as it would be in January. But still not satisfactory.

Hali and Kim at the front desk are beyond wonderful they work the front desk and make your life easy! Love seeing them! The hotel is extremely clean and spacious also very quiet. Stayed here multiple times never had any issues. I Highly recommend this location! Right next to ksu!
