  Stay wouldve been nice but last week i encountered one of thier employees threatening guests. I come back to stay and as he was walking past me he yelled shut up, unprovoked. Everyone was nice but this one guy might be maintance, was acting wierd and my stay this time confirmed it. This type of carrying on will stop guests from feeling comfortable

  Location is good in that there are stores and eateries nearby. Evening staff, Aileen was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I spoke with other customers that experienced the same treatment. My family and I was placed in room 124 that smelled musty, had a lot of crumbs on the bed as though staff used the room to watch TV and eat. The carpet was torn and there was no hot water. When I asked for a new room, I overheard Aileen speaking with a potential customer over the phone about what best rooms were available by room number. She offered me room next door room 126 that was especially musty since this is where the smell was coming from because it had a water leak. The next morning water had leaked from that room into the hallway and the carpet was soaked. I asked for a room on another floor and received room 223. This room was much better. There was no smell, slightly more furniture, clean with hot water and a larger and clearer TV. However, the hallways needed to be vacuumed, and some residents were smoking in the rooms. Breakfast is not great, but it's something and the eating area was clean. One important thing to note is that upon check-in you're required to pay an additional $100 deposit cash or card for incidentals. Aileen explained due to the behavior of the type of customers they generally receive. So, the deposit is refunded at checkout after your room is inspected by the cleaning staff. To ensure you get your money back you have to wait. No just leaving the hotel at check-out time. I turned in my key and asked for a refund, where the receptionist said she would refund me later since I paid by cc after the cleaning staff inspected the room. I was flabbergasted. So, if I paid by cash, then I would have to wait to leave until the staff cleaned. Fortunately, the cleaning staff was on my floor and I asked her to inspect immediately so I could ensure I was refunded without bogus charges. Because I did not trust the staff, I made sure to take pictures of how I left the room. I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff was rude, cleanliness poor and inconsistent and the overall environment seemed suspect.

  Nasty just nasty rooms smelled like mold and mildew and there is. Mold in room management is not up to part dnt stay here people been living in there since Covid and they never fixed up 🤢🤮 worst hotel i have been too dirty sheets and housekeeping not really cleaning

  This was an unexpected stay at this hotel as the original one we had booked failed to tell us that their pool wasn’t in use. Quick search of the area and we found this hotel.Staff were very accommodating given the short notice and had a room ready for us immediately.The room was fairly basic. 2 double beds, fridge, microwave, plenty of storage space. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our price…waffles, toast, cereal, yoghurt etc…basic but worked for us! We made use of the pool which was small but most days we were the only ones who used it. Overall I’d recommend this hotel, don’t expect 5 star but this worked well for us as a base for the Atlanta area.

  The room was very comfortable. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioner worked well to get the room nice and cool, the TV was a large size, the TV package had every channel, the countertop in the bathroom was large, the water pressure was strong, the room looked freshly painted, it was quiet.
