When I realized I had booked the wrong room type through a third-party website, Elisha kindly attempted to secure another room for us, but the property was sold out. Despite this, she went above and beyond by providing extra pillows, sheets, and blankets so that the pull-out sofa would be comfortable for our family.Her professionalism and willingness to help truly enhanced our stay, and I wanted to ensure her efforts are acknowledged.Thank you for maintaining such a welcoming team.Best regards,Romaine V.     Our family is local and having our home restored from flooding. We have stayed in other Sonesta Suites and been very pleased. We checked in after dark. My teen daughter and I were greeted by a man walking through the parking lot fondling himself. Pot smoking in the elevator, a car unloading guns, and a front desk treating it like a nightclub sealed the deal. The room had mold and water damage. Please do not advertise your property as a family property if it is anything but.     I made this reservation based on previous experiences when this hotel was a Staybridge. My wife was having eye surgery close by and this inn worked out well. I made by looking it up on google maps and made it on line just before I went out of town. When I returned home the night before I was to arrive at the Sonesta there was an email waiting on me letting me know that there would be a $150 deposit and a $5 per day parking fee. The hotel would not waive the deposit or parking. My argument was that it was not on my agreement. The last night here I went to close the curtain in the living room part of the suit and stepped on dried dog poop in front of the window. I was afraid that I would get hit wit a pet charge. The adjustment was that they waived the $10 parking.     Great location! No house keeping - not even a refresh after 7 nights. there is garbage bags and dirty towels down all the hallways (24 hours a day)! I don't even clean at home as much as I had to at this hotel. Also, my billing is still a mess - hopefully we can work it out soon!

    I like the room. I didn’t like the service. Also you can hear through the walls even if the people next door aren’t being loud. Same thing with the hall way. I will never get this place again! Or any Sonesta I’ve tried 2 other sonestas near by same thing!
