Thís review is for the service of this hotel. I booked rooms for our company staff and asked them to add staff' names to each room so they can check in without my presence. However when the staff showed up, their names were not on the check in and they could not check in. Front desk staff refused to talk to me but asked me to email them to add names again. She was very rude and refused to communicate at all. Very dissapinted with the service. Will not stay at this hotel again

Eric is extremely helpful and always willing!

We hold 2 events a year at the Sonesta and the staff there is fantastic! Eric is especially helpful. There isn't anything he can't fix or solve. Our event would not be the same without him! He is always willing to help and does it with a smile. He is very valuable and we are so glad he is there for us on site during our events and is part of the reason we continue to select this location for our event.
