  Bed bugs

  Found bedbugs in our room. Hopefully they sprayed. Never going back there. It was room 227. Told host at front desk all she did was take the napkin with the bedbug in it. Been trying to get through to report again to manager, but can’t seem to get thru to front desk.   Not the best. Not the worst but I’ll try else where next time. Based off this

  I booked the kind bed and a couch suit for 4 nights and I get there they give me a double queen bed room saying there all booked. And I was supposed to speak to the manager, but never got a chance to I kept trying and asking to never happened. I was never compensated for a lesser room. I paid extra for the room I was in only 3 out of the 4 nights. Then when I asked to extend for 1 more night they said I couldn’t there all sold out which I didn’t think was true but who knows. Regardless they didn’t correct this. And I was never compensated nor apologized. The front desk kept putting it on the manager that never contacted me. So someone else was in the room that I booked the first night and I even paid extra so I could stay in that room for four nights.   Clean Comfortable Haven

  Stayed here for a two day exam and the staff were so warm, helpful and made an ordinary experience an excellent one. Specifically Isheka, Roshawna, Ace and Chris in maintenance. I absolutely LOVED the ice lemon water available 24/7, that is a great touch that other hotels could take note of. I thought my room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, I could make the room dark and slept very well other than the clock randomly going off with an alarm at 4am the first night--so I unplugged it. The taxi to the hotel from the airport was ~$40. I wish that the little hotel gym had a yoga mat available. I tried to use a towel but it was not enough cushioning. One could even remove a piece of equipment to make a little more space for stretching, since Pilates is IN this year. As an aside, this is not the hotel's fault, but as an avid birder, it was disheartening to see the litter in the trees between the Wendy's and the hotel. I saw several beautiful birds there and maybe some kind of collaborative clean up effort could take place at some point. 10/10 would stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Fairburn, Georgia again.   Disrespectful Employees

  Me and my family came and stayed for 2 nights and was close to the venues and family. We left and went out and the housekeepers waited untiled we left and went in our room and changed 1 trash bag and that was it. My husband walks in and said someone has been in here. Went to the front desk to complain about it and had a manager come to the room the next day. We explained there were $$$$$ sets of merchandise on the table not to mention My son is special needs so his equipment was in there as well. We canceled our next booking due to this and they charge my card anyway the checkout day after we canceled the booking 2 weeks prior to. We did not require housekeeping to come in our room and they should have not been in there. Some things were missing after we came home and went through our things. We are very upset this stay really inconvenience us and made it very uncomfortable for our son who is special needs.

  Close enough for Atlanta Airport

  Picked this hotel based on distance to Atlanta Airport. It was close but not too close. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and a microwave was useful. Lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby, including a Wendy’s only steps away. Good choice of breakfast items in the morning.
