    Property needs a better maintenance attention

    It’s sad to stay when you have an indoor pool so you can swim here around. It’s not maintain properly. And that is the only reason you reserve two days at this hotel with three little girls. The pool was the plus for the reservationand that wasn’t even working.

    If I am paying $125 per night, the minimum expectation would be, returning to your room to find the bed made, with clean sheets, the trash emptied, and dirty towels exchanged for clean ones. If this was the first time it happened to me at this hotel, I would let it slide. But it's not the first time, and making two trips to the front desk to get clean sheets didn't do a thing to improve my attitude.

    Beware of the Indoor Pool

    We stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday with the hope that she would be able to swim for the weekend. We called ahead to confirm that the pool was open and were told all is well. Upon arrival the pool area was littered with dirty socks that belonged to guests, towels, and the pool water was murky. There was a strong smell in the pool area as well. Even if the pool man didn’t clean the pool, there was no excuse for not having any towels or sending someone to check on the pool area and tidy up. This location robbed us of the opportunity to go somewhere else to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the GM did not make an effort to call me back to discuss my concerns. I’m deeply disappointed with this location and will never forget the look of disappointment on my daughter’s face when we told her she couldn’t swim that first night. After the pool was cleaned that next day, there was too much chlorine in the water and our children attempted to swim and ended up with red eyes and were throwing up for 2 days. Just an overall sad experience. Don’t book early either. The price was $50 cheaper than what I was charged after booking in advance. We felt completely robbed and mishandled by this location.
