Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, dirty water, trash everywhere. The "manager" was unavailable everyday for a week when I tried to speak to him.

this place is horrible don't even give them your card information or they'll take your money and tell you that you can't stay because you're underage. this horrible woman at the desk and on the phone is irritating to deal with so dont even bother speaking with her if they rob you. I'd comment on the rooms but the incompetent worker who didn't cancel the booking wouldn't let me stay the night of a cold power outage with my cat so I never even saw the room she still charged me for. the whole thing is a scam I didnt even see anyone else in there and it looks nothing like the pictures. dont waste your money, theres always somewhere better.

Summary: I redeemed 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points for a stay at Super 8 in [City], GA. Instead of a professional experience, I was met with visible mold, pests, and no valid permit displayed. The hotel denied responsibility, and Wyndham corporate refuses accountability while profiting from its brand. Future guests should know: Wyndham will take your money and points, but if the room is moldy, unsafe, or unsanitary, they’ll deny responsibility and blame the franchise operator. This is exactly why consumers lose trust in corporate hotel brands. Unresolved.

Super 8 Pinky to the Rescut

The front desk attendant Pinky (Lekitia?) was really nice and understanding of my specific needs! Also, I’ve been here almost 2 weeks and I’ve witness her handle situations with very rude and disrespectful customers in a professional manner! Honestly I couldn’t have done what she did and she need a raise! The location of this place is the coolest with a view of City View Lounge ( the best food with Chef Neko ) which is open 7 days a week if I’m not mistaken, and Six Flags over GA in the back! It’s right off I20 which gives you access to the city and a smooth exit avoiding

The room was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom, which was broken and not properly maintained. The bed sheets were very dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was unhelpful and delivered with attitude. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have clean replacement sheets available.
