Good location for our visit to the aquarium on our way home from Orlando

Great location, walking distance to the subway and excellent restaurants. We walked to dinner and had fantastic tacos and ice cream. The next day we took the train into Atlanta to go to the aquarium, and we will have an easy path north to the next leg of our trip.

Spent only one night before my appointment at Emory Clinic. Standard hotel room and everything was as expected. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Will stay here again if similar circumstances arise. Close to Decatur Square with many restaurants in proximity.

I understand the concept of “you get what you pay for,” so I wasn’t expecting a 5-star experience, but the appearance of the room we stayed in was disgraceful. I paid extra to upgrade to a non-smoking room, but apparently that doesn’t include bedding without cigarette burns.There were noticeable cobwebs in the front room and bathroom ceiling, as well as soap scum around the bathtub. Many of the “clean” towels had black makeup streaks (not stains) throughout and i found a long black hair when I unfolded one of them. We then had to bring new towels from the front desk to our room because housekeeping was done working for the day.They cant even be bothered to replace a missing piece of the sliding closet door that keeps it on the tracks.The only saving grace was the location of the motel.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT ON THE TRIP!! All I did was call to ask a question about my reservation and for one the guy did not properly put me on hold I heard all conversations that was had with the guest including room numbers. Secondly I asked the guy is this location near Pullman yards so that I could ensure that I’m close to the location and he said idk you can use Google and I told him I used Google but I was unable to tell if the location I need was near by and he said he doesn’t know he’s not familiar with the area and I can call back all I want and he still won’t know! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE how do you work at a hotel and don’t know your surroundings. I work to hard for my money to stay at a place where I can’t get a question answered. I canceled my booking immediately!
