    Hotel is gorgeous! Our room is so spacious and well equipped. The most amazing part though is the staff. Jazlyn and Thembella were so accommodating and truly professional. They are like two rays of sunshine behind the front desk!     This property is not worth the price. While the staff was never rude or unfriendly, the service simply doesn't rise to the level of a premier hotel. There was no sense of urgency or attentiveness — employees stood around with little apparent interest in assisting guests. I requested extra blankets for my room, and no one ever responded. I also tried the text messaging service provided at check-in, which we were told to use for any needs or requests, and never received a reply.Beyond the service issues, the beds were undersized, the room lighting was insufficient, and on two occasions I waited more than five minutes for an elevator.I won't be staying here again, and I'd advise others not to bother. This hotel simply does not meet the standard one should expect from a property that bills itself as premier.     Was ok but expected it to be a little better.

    Room was nice but wasn't swept under the beds and we found condom wrappers and orange ear plugs. Kind of gross.. Also, with a pretty much sold out hotel there was only 1 elevator working. We got tired of waiting and took stairs to 5th floor. For what I paid I expected a little more, but front desk staff was pleasant.
