    shandi was the front desk at night check in and she was very rude and disrespectful. i felt very offended and not welcomed. she made me and my families first time there feel very uncomfortable, would not recommend

    This hotel was extremely clean, a great location, and good price point. Staff was very friendly. Shandee who worked the front desk during night shift was exceptionally helpful and empathetic when my daughter got sick during our stay. Thank you for your concern, help, and prayers. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have used. Lots of various equipment and was very clean. We would stay here again.

    Hotel was good & clean. Liked the pool table. Disappointed in free breakfast as I expected sausage or bacon not kielbasa that I do not like. They must not refill as even early the muffins & bagels were scarce. LIked 24 hr snacks, coffee & refill water bottle option but they need crackers or a pretzel option. Coffee was ok

    Picked this place after the unexpected last minute need to spend the night in Lawrenceville. Read the reviews and it looked good. The price was right. Hotel seemed fairly new, everything was very clean. Room wasn’t real big but it was great for what we needed. Comfy bed. After checking in online I received a nice text from Victoria. She greeted us warmly at reception & recognized my Hilton status. We didn’t eat breakfast but saw lots of people enjoying it. Would definitely stay here again.

    This Tru by Hilton hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. Through the Hilton Honors app, I was able to check in the night before and even choose my room, which I thought was really cool.It was our first visit to this location, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The check-in process was seamless—we used the digital key option in the app and went straight to our room without needing a physical key.The hotel is extremely clean and looks very new. Our room, including the beds and bathroom, was spotless, and even the hallways had no unpleasant odors. The lobby offers a complimentary 24/7 coffee and tea bar, which we took full advantage of. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great perk.I also appreciated that there was no valet service—just convenient self-parking in the back, allowing easy access to the hotel.I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to all my friends!
