"I attempted to check in, the front desk person was very disrespectful rolling her eyes while I was getting information to complete the check in. When I noticed this I said I would go somewhere else and asked for my ID back, she threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me, I responded with you really just threw my ID and she said yep good luck finding another hotel!"

Not as nice as we expected

This place needs a good cleaning. Elevator was dirty - looked like food on the carpet inside. We found our room very smelly - we stayed in it because we arrived in the late evening and there were no rooms we could move to. The next day the staff found us a better room - which we really appreciated.The breakfast foods were watered down and not very good. We felt with better cleaning and improved foods for breakfast this could be an acceptable place.

Terrible!Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, we were in a non smoking room. There was trash around the bed—juice bottles, pop tart wrapper. Pizza crumbs under the nightstand. I told the man at the front desk, and all he said was, “Hmm. I can let a manager know next time I see them.” We got two rooms, and we were absolutely disgusted. 😑0/10Will not stay here again.

For the price and being only overnight this was an okay accommodation. Front desk clerk was friendly in spite of being yelled at by a large belligerent female. Hallway was not very clean and room was so-so. It was surprisingly quiet although there is a train track nearby.

Never have i ever stayed in such a gross hotel. No excuse in the filth! The first room stunk so bad we enter n closed door n went got a different room. This room is gross but its to late to try find another hotel. Theres absolutely no excuse for the mattresses. A simple matress cover wpuld have covered that. Idk how to contact the health dept but i plan to find out. They put a simple 25% off the room, i honestly don't care about a discount. I care about cleanliness n feeling dirty when I left. The building smelled of cigarettes although site says nonsmoking. Im not usually a complainer but this is the worst hotel i gave ever stayed in. Also the elevator was not working! N we were on the 4th floor. I mean really? U could go down but not up! Health dept please look at this hotel!
