Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 66 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The complex has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including tennis, golf, a gym, aerobics and a spa.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    I was worried when searching for a hotel in Atlanta because most have bad reviews about the staff being rude. Front desk worker here was super nice and inviting. I wish I would have gotten her name! The hotel is located close enough to catch all Atlanta hotspots but be far enough out to avoid overly crazy traffic. The rooms were crisp and clean. The breakfast was good. Typical Continental breakfast but was actually very good. Decent price for value. My only concern was that my neighbors in the room next to me woke me up in the middle of the night packing a pack of cigarettes and I could hear it enough to wake me up, I assume because it was so quiet. I did not hear them earlier throughout the night. Overall, it was an excellent selection for my stay in Atlanta. I will choose this location again.

    We stayed in the Atlanta area for several days. Visited family in Peachtree City and then went into Atlanta for two days. This was a good location to be our base. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was friendly and a complete breakfast buffet is offered.Two minor disappointments: the elliptical in the fitness center wasn't operational and the steam room in the pool area was closed. There was a single working treadmill (but no remote for the tv) and the indoor pool was open (but no communal hot tub).

    A little wear and tear but clean. Breakfast average hot eggs sausage potatoes with fruit and grains. Gym small but nice.

    The property was not Wyndham quality. TERRIBLE customer service. 100% disappointing! Car emergency left me stranded at 2am in Fairburn GA. Stressful/chaotic… Couldn’t book room online bc it was middle of the night. Called hotel and front desk had availability. Walked in to empty lobby. Finally woman came out from back (maybe sleeping)? Rooms were $92 online. Lots of availability. Front desk said $110 and would not match online price. I requested late checkout and told NO even though I was checking in 8 hours b4 checkout. Refused. Call from front desk at 11am to checkout. Asked for some time and told 30 min. Front desk called 11:25am saying I was being charged $50 late checkout fee. Gathered my things. Went down to front desk. Woman at desk was quiet. Manager was standing behind her. Again explained situation. Manager refused to listen. Told me not to take my bad mood out on him. That checkout time is policy. Policy’s are not set in stone. Customer service comes first. Accommodations/exceptions can be made. Terrible attitude/uncalled for/disrespectful (it was the holidays), and my previous experiences w/Wyndham had been positive. The manager walked into the back and stayed, leaving woman at front desk not knowing what to do and awkward. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone ever! It makes me question whether Wyndham has dropped their standards as this property should not be part of their collection. Tried calling Wyndham support from hotel lobby only to be told to fill out a feedback form and submit online. If I could leave ZERO stars it would still b too much.     Cockroaches and Marijuana Completes a wonderful stay

    if you want to plan your stay with cockroaches and marijuana smell, then you then this is the place for you! just add mold. Any report of marijuana odor is taken seriously and investigated immediately.Additionally, cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams follow detailed inspection procedures daily, and we take pride in being one of the cleanest hotels in the area. Reports of pests or mold are extremely alarming to us, and we have regular preventative pest control and property inspections in place to ensure these issues do not occur.If there was any concern during your stay, we truly wish it had been brought to our attention while you were on property so we could have addressed it immediately.
