    Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Standard

    We stayed here this past weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.There were ongoing renovations during our stay, which we were not informed about ahead of time. This was especially frustrating because we are extremely sensitive to dust, and there didn’t seem to be much consideration for guests while this work was taking place.The breakfast was also very underwhelming, with limited and non-accommodating options. On top of that, the drink machines were not working, and when we asked for help, we were simply told to check down the hall rather than being offered a real solution.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and we truly wish there had been more transparency and care for guests. We do have photos documenting these issues.

    customers deposits not being returned

    Me and my husband checked in and the manager ensured us that the water wasn’t going to go off because it was a sign in the counter when we arrived and shortly after checking in the water went off so we left. So days later I look at my credit card statement and they never refunded my deposit back of $100. I called they guy say the put down for damage linen and so I’m waiting to speak to the manager because I want to know how was some linen damage and it cost $100. I see other customers say they didn’t refund them either. The place is crappy and they are changing names because the bad services they provide and they make up reasons to keep customers deposits. There’s no way the linen could be damaged and if anything if they are talking about on the pillow from my eyebrows that’s wild $100 for a pillowcase is insane because I don’t wear foundation so I’m waiting to see what this manager has to say. This has to be stopped if this is this guy get down he looks shady

    The hotel is unclean condition and need some major work. More information, it would be safe to close during the construction instead of your guest walking around holes in the walls.
