    The staff were nice and friendly. The location was great….. restaurants and stores were nearby. The room was nice and comfortable. I will book again the near future‼️

    The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, and it sounded like drug deals going on all night. I will never stay here again.

    When you book through booking.com, the hotel gets a virtual credit card that they can then charge to receive the money you originally paid for the room. Upon check-in they also collected a credit card from me to ensure they have something to charge in case I decide to leave the room in ruins. (I tend to not do that, but here we are.)On the day of check-out, I step up to the front desk, tell them my room number. The lady there sees two credit cards on file and literally just picks one instead of asking me which one I want charged.It ended up being my own credit card and not the booking virtual one. Had my bank not notified me immediately, I would have found out two months later without any way of disputing the charges.Make sure to tell them to check which credit card they have on file, because this lady definitely didn't care.

    Nice clean rooms. Pool was nice we enjoyed our stay. Love the area. The breakfast was good we appreciate out stay thanks again

    HUGE SAFETY ISSUE - UNSAFE

    Rm 207Huge safety concernStranger knocked on door clearly sweating and out of breath soon as I checked in - was in the shower and alone with my two kids- man happened to be directly next door- said his room phone was not working asked to use my phone inside my room!- Said NO and proceeded to shut the door whilst I was in the shower and man got extremely loud and very aggressive yelling "you can't help a neighbor?!" - I said NO and slammed the door- I finished up in the shower and immediately went downstairs to front deal with towel wrapped around my head - Man was down there ease dropping when I was explaining the situation that just took place- While I was still speaking with front desk, SCARED the man went upstairs, while my 2 kids were in the room and punched my room door (207) breaking the peep hole you look through- front desk staff looked at where the man's room was and noticed it WAS THE VERY NEXT ROOM with attached door and offered me to move upstairs on 3rd floor to a different room- Two front desk staff came up immediately to assist with the move- Man was EASE DROPPING through the connecting door as I was moving all my and my kids things and he walked over saying "I need my room changed also, I got XYZ not working".-Pool is very cloudy - needs to be shocked (calcium hypochlorite)- No pool towels anywhere- Breakfast until 10:00 but kitchen staff are directed to not put any more juice out once it's gone for the day, so if you go at 9am and there's no juice that's it, you don't get any juice-Weekends there's no hot food - making the stay NOT worth the priceAlso to the hotel: ALL PHOTOS should reflect the new WYNHAM franchise design of nature photos, and therefore the two photos on the wall should be changed to match the theme (Above the desk and next to the window).Pro's however not worth the safety issue I experienced:-Lounge area and dining area very nice. The large marble dining table, the bar counter seating area, and the decor is very nice- Staff are friendly- No parking fee which is hard to find in Atlanta- Hard floors in the rooms
