  Don’t waste time and money

  Location was fine. Atmosphere is very poor. Rooms are smell like smoke and mildew. Definitely not worth the price paid. Noise level was very low. Amenities are non existent. The service was a negative -5 among some of the most unacceptable I’ve ever experienced. I was told I was an inconvenience by asking to move to a more suitable room. A request justified due to the poor conditions and misleading information provided about the room and property.   BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK??????

  I am writing this review with the hope people can save themselves some heartache. If I could give a Zero that’s what I would give. This is a Horrible hotel. The area is drug infested & unsafe. But this is the kicker, it was two of us, when we arrived at the front desk we ask that housekeeper do not enter our room, because they have the tendency of STEALING, so we plan to do our own cleaning & change our own sheets. Before we left the room we put the do-not-disturb sign on the door. Well, low & behold we come back to find out someone entered our room & STOLE our personal important items. We gave it the benefit of doubt that May our things was missed placed. After searching our things we discovered that one of the cleaning crew STOLE our personal important items. We didn’t complain until the day before we were to leave the hotel. Since the incident we got nothing but the disrespect of not addressing the issue. The MANAGER is grimy & GREASEY for allowing this kind of behavior go on in their establishment. This incident happened July 6th 2026. This Hotel is dirty in all areas. It’s a peace os SH…….T. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! As I speak about this I have yet to hear from them about this situation. I booked through Expedia, who tried to help by calling them several times. They continue to keep Expedia on hold for long periods of time not answering at all. KARMA is a BIT………T. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORSE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS NASTY HOTEL AGAIN??????????????   Best value, and location in Atlantic city.

  I've been coming to this property for years. Clean rooms, safe parking lot and friendly staff(Mike at front desk was very nice and attentive). You are next door to resorts. Once u enter resorts casino, there's an indoor walkway to the hardrock hotel. Prices are among the most reasonable in Atlantic city.   Four days was long enough

  Our family stayed 4 days and 3 nights. We occupied 2 different rooms. I must say the location was good if you don't mind walking approximately 2 blocks to the beach. However, if you are traveling with elderly relatives or persons with walking difficulties you may want to make sure they have transportation to and from the beach. the hotel did not offer that service. The hotel offered onsite parking for $20 per day however, we found cheaper parking close to the beach. It would have been nice if the hotel could have offered a refunds or a reduction in price if you could show a receipt. We ended up paying $20 but also paid an additional $10 at a lot closer to the beach. The staff was very courtious, friendly and positive. Rooms were clean, however daily room service was not provided. It was on our last day during check out that the hotel offered select cleaning if requested. we ran out of towels, wash clothes, and no vaccuming even though we requested. You had to physically go to the desk to pick up items if you were in despirate need. as for vaccuming, they never showed. We were not informed about their cleaning service process at check-in. The A/C in room #1 was ok when it worked, but was very loud when the unit started, the toilet flushed extremely loud too! it scared me everytime. Also on day 2 the security cap on the key swipe fell off, the service desk said someone would take care of it and no one showed or took care of it. In room #2 the A/C completly shut down on day 2, no one came to fix it. As i was checking out, other guest had the same complaints regarding cleaning, a/c unitis not working and lack of follow thru As for onsite resturant, it never opened. No happy hour as advertised, no bar and no food and the ICE MACHINE was not working on multiple floors! - However the breakfast area was opened for limited breakfast items. And that's all i can say. Overall if you did not plan on relaxing in your room for long periods of time this hotel was ok. it was clean, but the little things began to add up and i don't think i will be staying there again. But i must say again the staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate guest. Maybe there was not enough cleaning/maintance staff available on the days we stayed.   Stay Clear - Worst hotel experience

  Worst hotel experience I've ever encountered.Rude unprofessional front desk staff.Booked 3 rooms and they were not available till after 5:00 pm (1 hour after official check in time). The very nasty front desk staff member advised that the hotel allowed many late check outs from prior night and did not have enough staff to clean rooms. Dirty/moldy rooms (see photos)- 2 rooms were clearly not cleaned and 1 appeared to be under construction. Strong pungent moldy odor, the tv and refrigerators were missing, damaged ceiling tile, blue painters tape on wall/ceiling, dead bugs in shower, piece of cardboard glued to wall and scalding hot water that you could not regulate.
