Had a great time at Resorts. We have been coming here for over 30 years once or twice a year. We had a non-smoking room/suite with 2 bathrooms overlooking the roof and Hard Rock Hotel in the "old" part of the hotel. (we don't like the Rendezvous Tower). View didn't bother us. Room was quiet except for people slamming doors, which we find to be the case at any hotel. A/C worked well, room was clean and looked updated. Plenty of room for the roll-away we needed for our daughter. Casino was smokey as always, and many of the machines are older ones, with some new ones sprinkled in. Ate at Breadsticks and had a good meal as always. We had great weather, and Resorts put on a nice event on the Boardwalk for Labor Day (though the event was on Saturday). Live band, soccer kick, face-painting. Very well run. Can't wait to go back!

This is the worst casino in the entire Atlantic City. They are total bs scumbags that promise you slot money,gifts,dining comps, and free rooms. I received a booklet in the mail from Resorts casino with a $100. dining comp to Capriccio for any one Saturday in August. Plus another $75 dining comp for one time between Aug 16-31. Also promised $95 slot cash for Sat Aug 29. I invited my boyfriend to dinner at Capriccio for Sat Aug 29. We live almost an hour away from Atlantic City. Reservation was made and when I arrived around 8:00pm there was no where to park . I think I found the very last parking space on the roof top level 9. Went in to kiosk to accept dining vouchers and I got a message to go to promotion booth. This associate was not very nice and told me that I won't be getting my slot cash, any dining offers, any earned comp money because I didn't have long enough play during the month. I cannot believe I drove an hour with my bf to go to dinner and play some slots to have a night on the town and this lowlife dump scumbag lying casino doesn't honor their offers made in writing. How embarrassing and disappointing. I have been going to AC since 1979 and have never had any other casino pull some trash like this. I will NEVER step foot in that filthy lame dump crap hole ever again. There are cleaner nicer casinos in Atlantic City to go to. my advice is pick any other joint before going to that rat hole.

Outstanding Waiter Bread Stick restaurant in Resorts Casino AC

Bread Stick Restaurant Review Went to restaurant for breakfast this morning. Our waiter IMTIAZ was outstanding. When we were seated he came over with hot coffee. We informed him we were in a hurry and the restaurant was very busy. He immediately took our order and within a short time he brought our meal and refilled our coffee. He checked on us to see if everything was great. He did an outstanding job with everything going on. Spoke to Manager as cashing out.

Bed bug hotel and casino resort

Do not stay here unless you want parasites in your home. We booked an upgraded room at Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City via Hotels.com, and it was the worst travel mistake of our lives.We unknowingly spent a full night sleeping in a bed actively crawling with live bed bugs. The next morning, we caught a live insect, and hotel security physically verified it on-site. The proof was undeniable.I wouldn't even be writing this if they handled it like a reputable business. Instead, management—specifically Lucy—showed total disregard for public health. Lucy tried to play off the hazard and failed to offer thermal remediation (hot boxing) for our luggage, using the backwards logic that she “wasn’t sure if we were checking out the first day.” Lucy was perfectly fine letting us carry live parasites out the front doors onto planes and into our home. I had to research health codes and explicitly demand hot boxing before checking out for them to comply.To top off the insult, they did not comp a damn thing and still made us pay for valet.Resorts then lied to Hotels.com, claiming inspectors "found no activity"—directly contradicting their own security's physical confirmation. I hadn't reported them yet to give them a fair chance, but since they are fighting the refund and lying, I will do everything in my power to report them to every possible agency.A formal complaint has been filed with Atlantic City Health Officer Christopher Merkel to trigger an independent inspection. Avoid this hazard. Shame on Lucy and this hotel.
