    Ok hotel with expensive parking

    rating04 Jun 2026

This is an average Embassy suites just like any other on the inside. Full of noisy school kids who monopolized the breakfast area when we were there. Did not seem like they had any minders telling them to not shout and run around. Parking, However is a joke. Excessive charge for a large surface lot. No reason to charge in addition to the high room charge. I am a lifetime diamond member and there were no available parking spaces. Christian G, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum, responded to this review Dear John H, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Embassy Suites Austin Arboretum. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding parking availability and the atmosphere during breakfast.Parking fees are disclosed across all booking channels as well as in the reservation confirmation prior to booking. Additionally, we do have security on property who actively patrols the hotel to help ensure a safe environment for all guests.Thank you for your loyalty as a Diamond member. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. All the Best,Christian GarciaAssistant General ManagerEmbassy Suites Austin Arboretum
