Stayed at HGI Downtown for a short business trip. All in all a good stay, nice room and friendly staff. Todd with the valet was super friendly and helpful when I checked out, helping with bags into a uber. Thanks

Check your statements they charge random fees and won’t refund unless they’re caught

This place is sketchy , they added a bunch of fees on top of my stay and blamed the Hilton honors app for those fees , once i called Hilton to confirm the fees I found out the fees were added on by the hotel itself .. they “ refunded “ me the money but charged the same amount to my incidentals so they could cover their tracks . First I was told I was charged and extra $50 because I pre paid for the room which was a LIE and then I was told I got a complimentary upgrade from Hilton but that the hotel is somehow separate and charged me for it anyways . The hotel staff is very under trained and unprofessional. The entire time I was talking with the manager the girls were there giggling and how upset the manager was to be refunding me .
