Hotel Ella + Cece = MAGIC
30 Mar 2026
My stay at Hotel Ella was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, everything felt so thoughtful and perfectly curated to make our experience special. Cece really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. I enjoyed being with her when I stayed here last year, and I was ecstatic to have her taking care of me AGAIN this trip.Hotel Ella created such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and with Cece’s exceptional service, it made our time there feel even more memorable. It was the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Guest Services, Owner at Hotel Ella, responded to this review Thanks for the awesome review, Gabi! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Cheers!

Hotel Ella was a fantastic detour on my trip to Austin. I was visiting from Chicago to attend a friends wedding and Hotel Ella was recommended to me. Cece was great at the front desk and made sure I knew where all the cool spots were in the heart of Austin. When I went to Goodalls I had the French toast and it was amazing. Overall my hotel Ella experience is one I’ll never forget. Definitely a 10/10 and will recommend it to friends. Guest Services, Owner at Hotel Ella, responded to this review Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that Hotel Ella was a memorable part of your trip to Austin. It’s wonderful to know that Cece made such a positive impression—she’ll be delighted to hear your kind words. We’re also glad you had the chance to enjoy Goodall’s, and that the French toast hit the mark!We truly appreciate your recommendation and are honored to have been part of such a special occasion. We look forward to welcoming you back the next time your travels bring you to Austin.

A great stay, out of the downtown drama but still central. A great option if you need to be near UT. Guest Services, Owner at Hotel Ella, responded to this review Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the balance of a quieter location while still being close to everything, especially UT. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in the area.
