Loved the location because you're very close to the T line into Boston only a 25 minute train ride. The cost to stay is about 50% or more less than staying in Boston. The breakfast was very nice high technology equipment extremely clean environment well stocked for various foods for the free breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. internet in the room was easy to get on quickly and was fast the room was very clean and the lobby was very clean and well attended it was a great place with plenty of parking as well Raj Patel, General Manager at Best Western Braintree Inn, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest, we would like to thank you for taking your time and giving us a great rating, and an excellent review as well. Great personality and a great deal

I was immediately impressed when I walked in, it's almost 1AM and I walked into the first hotel I saw off the highway. 0 expectations of there even being a room available. Was greeted in not even 5 seconds and they apologized to me for the delay!! Raj takes his job seriously, and takes pride in it, and because of him I even signed up as a rewards member. Heck, I even created this TripAdvisor account and made another review on Google! I'm that impressed! And on top of it all? The room is spotless! Hire more people like him and I'll stop paying rent and move into a Best Western instead. My friend and I were visting friends in Braintree, they are rudes and unpolitical, our friends came to drop off us and they stop to talking and they kick me me out. RUN!!!! This place was awful disgusting and staff and management, which sometimes are 2 in the same. We're totally disrespectful. Must they got your money? They don't go down about you. Room at a date disgusting, so so hotel g. Ym is also the front desk AM. PM at sometimes night all day. He's also the server in the morning. So then he asked this question. Is he also housekeeping as well??? My room was disgusting.You could still see crumbs from whatever.It was still on the floor sheets dead.The bed you can tell the bed was slept in and sheets were not changed.My brother up to the g.M the guy that runs the place tried to flip and blame everything on myself Raj Patel, General Manager at Best Western Braintree Inn, responded to this review Dear Ronaldo, WE SIMPLY CANNOT FIND YOUR RESERVATION, however, thank you for your review, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and for not liking our hard working staff, not sure why did it bother you if he/she is working on the desk, breakfast room or in housekeeping, you should be proud if it, also, I wish you called the front desk and I would have gladly changed your room.

Wonderful Hotel!

Delta airlines put us up in this hotel after a series of delays and cancellations. They did offer one hotel close to the airport but it was overbooked and sending people to other hotel further out. We had not stayed at a Best Western in 20 years and were surprised by this hotel's level of service, cleanliness and overall hospitality. Raj, the manager, was there when we arrived at 9 pm and when we left at 5 am. He is a treasure -- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We lived in Boston so we knew about the traffic but he wanted to make sure we knew when to leave the hotel to get to the airport. He also offered my daughter breakfast before we left. She didn't need it but it was nice of him to do. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked well, and the room was clean with a refrigerator which we needed.Also, Widowmaker Craft Brewery is next door. Of course it was closed the day we were here but they always have great beers and usually a good food truck.
