English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Disappointing stay at a poor Marriottt

    Dated hotel. Only one check in agent with long lines throughout the evening. Understaffed. Boxes littered around the check in and line ups throughout the evening. This hotel simply does not live up to its Marriott branding. Nickel and diming is present throughout. $20 for parking, Wi-Fi is of course free as a Marriott Elite, but showing the price for a non-elite seems petty and cheap. No complementary bottles of water. This hotel is doing the absolute minimum they need to comply with Marriott minimums and is not doing anything at all to make guests feel valued. Clearly it has terrible ownership and should be removed from the Marriott family.The check-out agent was not able to handle very simple tasks which prolonged my check out time. Apparently wanting to split incidentals on a separate check from the accommodations was too much, although every Marriott worldwide I've visited does this easily. This is a very poor Marriott location and does not deserve to remain a Marriott property.I do hope I don't receive the same shallow response from ownership as all the other negative reviews you'll see below. They do not seem to have any interest in improving despite 'sharing comments with leadership'. They are trying to bleed the last few dollars they can from an aging and failing property.     I was completely disappointed in this marriott property. We were visiting for an event at Boston College. I told them we would be there late so maybe this is why I got the room that I did. It was a queen room that I paid 389 for one night. With taxes it was $434. A paid a fee for parking that was in this rate, and the parking lot was accessible by everyone without having to scan the key to open the gate! I know full well that my brother paid that for two nights the same weekend, but we booked late, so I wrote off the price difference. They had a lake view, we had a parking lot view of the buses. Our room was a VERY long walk from the lobby (again, wrote it off because I told them late check in and the hotel was full). Arrive in the room, no power on one wall and the TV is not working. I tried to call the desk, the phone was not working. I called the desk from my cell and was told to see the manager in the morning, no effort to fix it at that time. The ice machine on our floor was missing, not broken, missing! The vent pipe was left open that left a sulfur smell. We had to take a VERY long walk to another floor for ice. I asked for extra pillows in the app (like I always do) and they were not in the room. The mirrors in the room were filthy. I went to the desk in the morning to speak to a manager and was told they could not do anything with the price. While they did give me 10,000 points, I do not feel this compensated me for the price difference, the non-working amenities and the aggravation we dealt with after a very long day. I will never let them know I will be checking in late again..... It seems we got the furthest, forgotten room - Disappointing.     In "Sprite" of the Missing Soda, a Fantastic Stay!

    Stayed at this hotel for a work event. Staff was very friendly, especially the Managers at the desk, Nick and Dawson I think their names were? I was a bit upset that you didn't have any sprite, as thats my favorite soda, but was told an interesting story about marriott that made up for it.     Hotel with good essential amenities

    We stayed here for a night while we were in town, and this hotel had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, working amenities, and friendly staff. We weren't here long enough to take advantage of additional services, but we were satisfied with everything. Our room was clean and it wasn't too noisy, which we appreciated - some hotels get very noisy. The hotel is conveniently located only ~20 minutes outside of Boston, so it's a good location if you want to be near Boston but don't want to pay Boston prices. Plenty of parking as well.
