  This place is worse than the dump! The dump is cleaner. The towels, if you get any because of the migrants that have basically taken over the place, are so old and thin. The furniture is disgraceful, and the mice like to bunk with you. I can't make this up. The staff is absolutely non-professional and will not go out of their way. Mind you, the guests pay their wages. Rachel, whatever her appropriate title is, is the worse person to deal with. She is absolutely rude and non-professional. I can't even imagine how the upper management have kept her on. The grounds were littered with trash and the trash bucket was always full with garbage overflowing. I called the Board of Health on them. You would be very wise to stay as far away from this dump as possible. It's so filthy that the roaches avoid it!

  This place was a total dump like a run down projects... filthy stained rugs. Broken or repurposed furniture... flooring looks never was completed.. furniture old dinged up & sticky... door looks Broken into at some point..... Front desk staff was great

  My double room was not ready. No sheets, large urine stain on mattress. Single room I was given broken TV, broken cold water tap, one over head light no desk lamp, bathroom light out. Worst stay ever!

  We chose this hotel knowing it was a 2 star hotel with blemished ratings. To our surprise our room was immaculate. Now it wasn't new and shiny but it was clean. Not one bug was found. The staff was exceptionally awesome. one worker stood out more than any other. Micheal was the type of worker you definitely want to deal with. 1st night the fridge was dying so within 5 minutes here he comes carrying in a new one for us. Breakfast was on the better side for a grab-n-go Otis Spudnucker (spelled wrong) muffins oatmeal, cereal and always a hot coffee and juice. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and no issues what-so-ever. so If your looking for a stopover or a longer stay give them a try. like I said its not the Ritz and all shiny and new this isn't the place but if you want quality and a staff willing to try and help this is the place.

  Experienced very poor business practice with front desk NOT offering pin pad and asking me for my personal PIN number to complete payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Way outta line as professional business practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that, I recently had to change my debit card after years of having the same debit number due to attempted fraudulent charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My option?! The staff/hotel are responsible for my financial difficulties and the reason why I needed a new debit card after years of no problems or issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am NOT a gambling person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Though I would place a wager that my troubles started with the front desk personal.
