This full service hotel is located adjacent to the scenic Charles River at the Boston Gateway. Some 3.2 km away guests will find Boston's Back Bay and further historical sights. Facility

308 suites are located on 15 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     I stayed here for a conference happening at one of the universities nearby. Having never stayed at a doubletree, I didn’t know what to expect. It was a fine hotel - spacious suite, pretty clean, way more space than I could have used. There were a lot of families staying there, which makes a lot of sense. It’s walkable to a Whole Foods and a pharmacy, which is nice if you need to grab something quickly. One annoyance - the smoke alarm is right outside of the bathroom and the alarm will sound if steam hits it. I was staying alone so it was only an issue a couple of times, but I could see that getting old very quickly.     Close to nothing …hotel is fair

    Stayed her cause it said Cambridge and close to Harvard. Nothing is walkable. Might have stayed in Worcester cause it is just as close.     Enjoyed our stay at Doubletree very much. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Fusion restaurant is a good spot foe dinner if you arrive tired but hungry. We used the gym every morning and the indoor pool and hot tub each evening after exploring Boston and Cambridge each day. Highly recommend.     We've stayed here a few times over the years and always been pleased with the spaciousness and comfort of the suites. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast good, and the location is central enough to get to where you want to be without much effort although there are not alot of nearby restaurants and the Boston Mass transit trains are a hike (although there's a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's you can walk to within 10-15 minutes.) For us, the fair prices (in a very expensive city), renovated rooms and views more than make up for any downside. It's deserving of its TripAdvisor 2025 Award!     Came to Boston for a track meet with my team and loved staying at this hotel! Breakfast was amazing and everything was super nice and clean!
