    This was a very enjoyable experience. As a company we hold training / meetings all over, utilizing different hotels. This was by far the best place to have our training conducted. The staff were very attentive and took care of us like we were royalty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for any business-related meetings.     Our group (50 people) had an incredible weekend at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of.     Perfect Hotel for a Hockey Team Stay

    This was our fourth time staying at the Embassy Suites in Marlborough over the past five years, most recently while our hockey team was in town for a tournament. Once again, they did not disappoint.While the rooms haven’t been significantly updated since our first visit, they are still very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything in the room was in good working order. We did have a minor issue with the toilet, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it right away.We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with a team. One morning we needed a cookie sheet, and the staff brought one up to our room promptly — no questions asked. That level of service goes a long way when managing a group.The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and makes mornings easy for large teams. There’s something for everyone, and it’s well organized even when busy. They also offer a team dinner option, which is a great solution if you’re looking for a simple, convenient group meal without having to coordinate transportation.If you’re bringing a hockey team to the area, this is absolutely the place to stay. We’ve consistently had a positive experience and will continue coming back.     Terrible smell and faulty electrics. Have stayed here many times in the past but this time it’s definitely gone downhill

    I’m a returning guest but have noticed a number of concerns during current visit. Terrible smell about in corridors, elevator and sometimes in the room. Smells like cat pee or garbage. Very unpleasant. Also I got shocked a few times switching the lights on in the room. There was also a used item of underwear in the wardrobe.
