    A horrible experience, I kid you not. Dumpy, smelly, dirty! They charged us for an additional room we never reserved. Paid for 2 queens and got 1 full. Please stay clear of this place! Criminal for what they were charging us. It was more like a shelter than a hotel.     Barbara at the front desk delivered excellent costumer service and is a great ambassador the company! Room was great and property is in a great and secure location.     the worst dive in Massachusettes

    i have never been treated so poorly upon arrival and departure as i was at this dive. The nasty front desk old woman on 12/7 at noon was so rude my jaw dropped. thankfully when it was time to check in at 3, the young woman was wonderful. the elevator was broken and i was on the 3rd floor! then the room. a DIVE. the refrigerator had rust spots. they don't have an ice machine and there were no ice trays in the freezer. the tub was repulsive. the dresser had holes and the kitchenette counter had burn marks. the two-burner stove did not work. there was no blanket on the bed in December. I had to go to the front desk to get it! And forget about the construction that was not mentioned on the website. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!     It’s a homeless shelter hallways smell like urin mattress have piss and blood stains and they have bedbugs they should close it down. From the smell to the service to the cost it’s no way the cleaners don’t see this when cleaning up this is really horrible and I would never book there win I called clc and told them to remove extended stay from list on hotel contractors for the company ESA GM, General Manager at Extended Stay America - Boston - Braintree, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
