This hotel is located just steps from Beacon Hill, Copley Place and the Freedom Trail in Back Bay. Since 1912, the elegant and luxurious hotel has been a symbol of Boston’s rich history.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1912. The hotel has a lift and features 383 rooms and 44 suites. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay.     Friendly staff and good sized rooms

    Taylor was very friendly at check-in. I arrived after a long day traveling but she improved my mood with how happy she was. Rooms are good sized and nicely appointed. I wish there was a personal fridge - there is just a minibar. My first room was on the second floor right in the front on a busy street so after the first night I asked to move. They moved me to a quieter room, even moving my belongings for me since I was at work all day. Generally happy with my stay!

    This is a beautiful property with excellent service and amenities. Our only complaint is, there was not enough shower gel for our two night stay. I guess we are just unlucky, because this seems to happen nearly every time we stay in a nice hotel. Please be sure all shower products are topped off before turning the rooms over!

    First off I should have sent this a few weeks ago but I've been travelling. I was staying at the Westin for a conference but ate lunch / dinner every night at the Fairmont Copley in Oak Long Bar. My last Friday in town I was sitting solo at the bar having lunch and another woman and friend had a medical episode possibly a seizure. Your manager Denise sprang into action quickly, quietly sending a busboy to call security and asking another tall busboy to get a towel with ice cold water and a bucket. I held up my phone and asked if she wanted me to call 911 and she shook her head yes please. Your manager got a chair and laide out the sick guest who was screaming she had to throw up and Denise told her to go ahead don't worry about anything. When the cold towel came she placed it under her nect and the ill guest immediately stopped shaking. The tall bus boy got a bucket and your manager asked for another towel. Your cheif security officer ROBERTO came on the scene and was GREAT and dispatched another guard to wait for the ambulance and assisted Denise in moving the ill guest to the sofa and turning her on her side to make her more comfortable. When the second towel came out Denise placed it on her forehead. When EMS came on the scene Roberto and Denise cleared the way and let them do their jobs. Whomever, reads this @Fairmontcopley HEROS & ANGELS that's all I have to say. I will be staying with you next time when I return to Boston. Thank you for hiring and training such great people!
