    Decent room but highway noise

    rating07 Jun 2026

My room 1111 seemed nice and appeared somewhat recently remodeled. The room was clean and had Kleenex, a water bottle and a nice view of Boston. Parking was easy in and out of the lot and was $20. The real issue is the often mentioned highway noise. If you are used to it then this hotel would be a reasonable choice. For me it’s a deal breaker so I can’t stay here again.

    Marice - Amazing Service!

    rating05 May 2026

Marice is fantastic! I made a mistake on my reservation and called in a panic. Marice answered promptly, listened to me, put me on a brief hold, and resolved my issue. I wish everyone was like her!

Avoid this property! Worst Marriott Bonvoy property in the chain

    rating10 Mar 2026

If you are a loyal Marriott Bonvoy traveler, avoid this property! This is the worst hotel in the Marriott chain I have stayed out in almost 40 years of business travel. Hotel is outdated. It is situated directly above the highway and you hear traffic 24/7. There are no amenities at the hotel, no free breakfast, food in the hotel restaurant is average but over priced. Hotel staff needs more training. The rooms were clean. Parking is close but expensive. Very difficult to navigate to and from hotel.

Dolores at the front desk was the only positive

    rating19 Oct 2025

Lifetime Marriott Gold member, not the highest but surely enough so that the guy who checked me in (around midnight) would have seen that and actually welcomed me instead of just a "checking in?". Obviously we were, what else are people doing at midnight while holding luggage? The room that was reserved for me wasn't possible because it was locked from the inside. That is unfortunate because it would have been at the end of the hall on the Washington St end, and also would have been feather-free, as noted in my profile.... and it was for two nights.Instead the room was right over the Mass Pike and had the wrong pillows. The only GOOD thing was the opportunity to meet and speak with Dolores who works the overnight shift, she is lovely and very kind!

    NO SLEEP

    rating15 Oct 2025

We had to travel to Boston for a doctor's appointment, and we booked Four Points because it was close by the doctor's office. The hotel was below Marriott standards. First the parking lot was a mess. You had to pay $28 to park, and it was difficult to access the lot. Once in, most of the spaces were blocked off for construction. I had to parked on the higher level which would not have been an issue, but the elevators were not working. I should have parked in one of the temporary spaces because it looked like cars were parked there all night with no issues. However, the worse part was the heater in our room. It was a metal monster, and when it went off, it woke me up. So I did not get a lot of sleep. I did a video of it at 4 a.m. because I was so disgusted. If you are paying $300+ for a hotel room, you should be able to sleep in the room. I just want others to be aware of this because if you are looking for a good night sleep, you are not going to get it at this hotel.
